Covid-19 Monoclonal Antibody Treatments
Treatments are available by appointment only.
All appointments must be made online; we do not make appointments over the phone.
At this time we are only offering treatments at our Madison location. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.
Appointments are made available based off expected shipments of the antibodies. These numbers are controlled by the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH). Appointments may be cancelled without notice if our supply is decreased by the ADPH. We apologize for this in advance. However, it is entirely out of our control.
You will receive an email once we receive your appointment request.
You will receive an additional email once your appointment has been approved or denied.
